My wife age 30 female breasfeeding a 2 year old. We are doing long distance travel by road in himachal pradesh and have been eating outside food. We are travelling for 7 to 8 hours everyday with to much fatigue managing the baby. timing of meals are erratic and eating in Hotels. We skipped lunch yesterday after a 7 to 8 hours drive And had a lavish meal at night. Since past 4 to 5 days she was constipated Passing no motions. suddenly she felt very uneasy at midnight and vomiting happened. She vomited 2 times. She passed normal motions as well. she slept on right hand side comfortably for 2 or 3 hours and when she slept on left she felt very uneasy and she wanted to pass motions. She is feeling very weak and guidy. She is burping a lot. when she slept on left food came on left and she started getting burping and same symptoms. She is feeling very weak guidy and uneasy. She had 2 satchets of sugar anr 1 chocolate. She has no stamina to go to the toilet to pass motions if she goes she will faint. Sensation of going to toilet is making her feel very weak. Please give medication and what has to be done
