What Causes Burping & Gas With Rise In Pulse?

Hi doc, sometimes when I overeat specially outside food , I have pain in my left shoulder, radiating till my elbow with my pulse rate going to 140. Also have lot of burping and gas. This remains till 3 to hours and in the morning it s ok. Are these symptoms of heart trouble. I am obese and overweight by 30 kg . my age is 41
