What Causes Butt Itching With A Normal Urine Test?
MMy 8 year old daughter has been complaining about her butt itching and she screams at night with pain. She is constipated and her poo is bright green. I have had her to the pediatrician a week ago with the vaginal area hurting and itching. Urine test good. Now its anal. What could be the culprit. It seems its only at bed time.

From history it seems that she might be having worm infestation producing this problem.
worms can migrate from back to vagina and might producing irritation in vagina as well.
Go for stool test and then go for anti-worm medicine like Albendazole course.
Keep local hygiene clean.
Advice her to clean lower part from front to back after passing stool.
