Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

After long time sitting, due to heat, wounds may occur, nerve compression may cause due to long time sitting. Need LS spine ap/lat. You may have nerve compression or muscle compression. Check skin condition. Avoid long time sitting. Start back strengthening exercises.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prasad, Orthopedic Surgeon
