General & Family Physician, Dr. Asad Sami's Response
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic. I am dr asad sami.I have read your question and I can understand your concerns.
You have got excess gas production. If i were treating you in my clinic i would have prescribed tablet flatulex. Eat small meals at regular intervals instead of taking one large meal at a time. Avoid beans, cabbages, sweets and carbonated drinks as they produce more gas. Do regular exercise. Take plenty of water. Eat food rich in fibers such as maize, bran, vegetables and fruits.
Thanks. Hope the answer is helpful. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.dr Asad
