What Causes Buzzing Sensation Inside Ear?

Hello Sir, I have right ear started to buzzing for 1 year.Doctors gave some medicines but didnt help, but last times sound become louder.When I move my head to right side, sound becomes louder, when I move to right side, become less.I have also started problems in hearing.Could you please advice.
