ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello, Thank you for writing HCM.

The buzzing sound/ringing sound in the ear, medical terminology "tinnitus" can be caused due to infection/nerve weakness/ idiopathic (unknown).

I advise you to visit an Audiologist and ENT, get these tests done to evaluate tinnitus and for appropriate treatment.

1. Puretone audiometry and Impedance audiometry
2. Otoscopy/ x-ray.

All the best.
