Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor'. I have read your query and here is my advice.
It sounds like your infant has a persistently runny nose which I believe is coming from her sinuses. With this chronic illness, is she doing any coughing?
She may have a chronic sinus infection(sinusitis).
If this is what she has, treatment is antibiotic taken by mouth for
four to six weeks.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
