Only been sick once but keep retching this morning tried having some dry toast but still feel sick. Gettinglots of braxton hicks past few weeks too.
You might start to feel Braxton Hicks contractions as you told, which are like warm-ups to prepare your uterus for the real labor to come. They may feel a lot like labor and can eventually progress to it.
Usually these type of contractions will slow down with rest and hydration. Make sure to drink plenty of water. A warm bath also helps your muscles to relax, and will often slow of these contractions. If rest doesn’t work, sometimes changing position or walking may help.
Even if you experience a discomfort and the contractions are so painful & coming regularly, You should call your doctor.
