OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that there is a urgent requirement of a pap test to come to a diagnosis. Also, I would suggest a course of antibiotics doxycycline for 10 days till infection resolve, along with a anti-fungal drug itraconazole weekly for 4 weeks.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
