Where is the exact location of chafing? Possible causes are like: 1. Allergic rhinitis. 2. Sinusitis with eustachian tube block 3. Migranous headache 4. Spondylosis of cervical spine
Allergic skin conditions also may present like this. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet levostat m twice a day for five days. If no improvement please consult your ENT specialist / physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
