Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Change in complexion is normal, and is due to progressive increase in melanin content of skin. Is skin is patchy and rough, there may be associated atopic dermatitis. Kindly show to a dermatologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
