I was reviewing some notes that my 73 yr old wife copied from a document and noticed that every so often her notes would turn to gibberish and in each case change from cursive to printed! Over 5 pages, this happened 3 times for 5-20 words. She is under the care of a pain doctor for fibro and takes a lot of fentanyl based pain medications. what type of assistance should I seek to diagnose these symptoms?
