What Causes Change In Menstruation Cycle, Sore Breasts And Back Pain?
Hi I am trying to get pregnant these year. I was pregnant in Jan this year but I did medical termination for that because of my situation at that time. Now I am trying to get pregnant, I did not use any kind of pills as birth control (i used to used candom ) my period is soooo regular , but my problem now since we cut using the condom, my period comes unregular the strange thing that I feel sore breast and pain in the back before the period by a week . and the period comes every month earlier than the previous month.
thank you for asking the question. sore breast and pain in the back before the period by a week indicates premenstrual breast changes. it is mainly because of increase level of hormone estrogen a week before a period.my advise is you should take low fat diet, avoid caffeine/salt and do exercise 1-2 weeks before your period start.if you notice any lump in your breast then you consult your doctor. hope this will helpful to you.
