Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello ,

I understand your concern.

I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious disease specialist, answering your concern.

You are HIV non reactive person.

Rising in the OD is not significant for HIV, negative OD results are always consider as negative.

When we are testing the HIV there is chance of slight variation in OD each and every time. So if you find any changes with in negative results they are consider to be as a negative result.

Tests conducted after three month are consider to be significant and there is no need for further testing.

Oral sex have no possibility of HIV transmission.
