What Causes Change In Vision When Using Progressive Lenses?
Hi I am a 50 year old male i wear progressive lenses but in the last couple of week I have noticed my vision changing , lights at night bother me , during the day I find the lights in my office very intense , I also find that I have to try harder to focus on my computer even with my glasses on . I renewed my glasses in April of this year . What is the possible cause . Thank you
It seems from the history that you are having difficulty in using progressive glasses. First thing that needs to be done is verification of glasses, to assess the glasses and refractive error. If it is incorrect this needs to be corrected.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor or optometrist for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.
HI Well come to HCM If you have distorted vision or refractive error then this is not because of the progressive lens but you have to get done the complete ophthalmic examination, the lens that you are wearing may not be proper in focal numbers, consult the ophthalmologist, take care, have a nice day
