What Causes Chest Discomfort Post Tylenol Intake?
Could the following episode be related to tyelanol itself or cause a drug interaction? My routine at bedtime is one cup of sleepy time tea, 2 ibuprofen, singular, and two tums around 11:00 pm. Last night I substituted tyelanol 500mg x 2 for ibuprofen. At 1;00 AM I awaken with my chest feeling funny, wouldn t consider it pain. Took my B/P 200+ and pulse very rapid. The symptoms subsided by morning around 5:30.

As per my clinical experience, you may have consumed Tylenol without tums giving hyper acidity, stress with chest discomfort via reflux of stomach acid.
