38 biracial female. I m having chest discomfort on the right side radiating to my back. No tingling, numbness, or pain in my extremities. No SOB or unusual taste. My last dr appt and labs were normal and well. I do have Gerd and hypertension that well controlled. The pain isn t debilitating or moving. It almost feels like indigestion.

it is a sign of inflammation / contraction of the gall bladder or the diaphragm and should not be a reason to worry much!
however, you could go for a chest Xray to rule out lung problems if any.
