What Causes Chest Hurt When Deep Breath, Sneeze Or Cough?

So my chest hurts only when I take deep breaths on the left side only or when I laugh sneeze or cough. If I breath for 3 seconds hold it for 3 seconds and let go for 3 seconds and repeat it seems as tho I m fine unless I change the position I m breathing please help me

you must have an xray chest PA view to evaluate pleura (covering of lungs).first try local volini gel local application and record your temperature twice daily.see a chest physcian also
