What Causes Chest Pain Along With BP Of 98/59?

I m a 21 year old female, 10 stone and 5 ft 3. I ve been having chest pains for the past 3 hours, it s like an ache and eases when I don t move but it s still there. I m not out of breathe but I feel like my breathes aren t as strong. My blood pressure was 98 59 with 88 beats per minute. Do you have an idea what s wrong with me?

I can understand your concern.
Blood pressure of 98/59 is considered as hypotension (low blood pressure).
And cardiac diseases are common cause for hypotension and chest pain.
So better to consult doctor and get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases.
If both are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Dehydration can also cause similar symptoms. So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid stress and tension. Take painkiller for chest pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But better to rule out heart diseases first.
