What Causes Chest Pain Along With Breathing Difficulty?

Hi, I fell on my knees friday night, and it some how knocked the wind out of me, and since then I have a had really bad pains in my left side, which I Initially thought was my ribs, but I had xrays done and nothing showed up, but the pain is getting worse, and seems to be affecting my lower back and breathing now as well.
