What Causes Chest Pain And Blurring Of Vision?

Over the past 24 hours I ve been suffering with pains in my chest while I breathe and worse if I cough, now feeling dizzy and my vision is a bit blurry with blotches in the corners of my eye. I have a pain very subtle that aost feels in my heart. Do I seek medical help?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Symptoms are severe, medical help is necessary.
2. ECG evaluation necessary to rule out anything serious. Also biochemical enzymes study will also be necessary.
3. If ECG and biochemical studies for cardiac enzymes is normal, then will need further clinical history about previous symptoms. If cough is present since long, which could be causing low oxygenation and breathing difficulty, then salt water gargling and linctus codeine syrup will be beneficial to suppress cough. For pain, ibuprofen will be helpful.
4. More clinical details along with ECG needed for further opinion. Better to seek medical help now.
