What Causes Chest Pain And Bumps On The Tongue With Vomiting?

yes i need to know if my nephew need to go to the hosipitail his having chest pain bumps on his tongue a bad odor and vomiting my brother said it was aicid reflex but i dont know could you help us out because only 11 yearrs old and imwoorriied about him

- Avoid excess eating , prolong fasting .
- No late night dinners .
- Avoid stress , regular sound sleep of 7 - 8 hrs .
- Cap.omeprazole ( 20 ) mg once daily in morning before breakfast 1 hr
ahead with sips of water .
- folic acid can take care of tongue bumps .
