What Causes Chest Pain And Numbness On The Face?

.Bp was 146 /123 120 pulse for 3 hrs pain in head hot unable to think had mate bp me at rest i passed out in my room woke up dont know how long i was out now bp normal 120/90 and pulse still 100 and chest hurts and my face went numb and droopy and my left arm numb hard to concentrate should i take my mitrazapine or just lay down

Your blood pressure reading is high so your chest pain can be associated with heart diseases. So get done blood pressure monitoring, ECG, 2D echo and stress test (trade mill test). If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases. Then you can take Mirtazapine tablet.
