Hi welcome to HCM. Its very unlikely to have cardiac chest pain for your age.Analgesics can bring prompt relief in your case.Since you have a family history of heart disease,in your grand father,a through evaluation of your heart is needed for an early diagnosis and treatment if any or a screening modalty for primary prevention of heart disease. This screening panel includes baseline EKG and 2 dimensional Echo along with complete lipid profile.Consult your doctor for further queries. Thank you
