What Causes Chest Pain And Yellow Urine?

Hi how are you? Sorry to bother you but I have been having very sharp pains in my sides for the last couple of days and pains in my chest and I just went to the toilet and my urine was bright yellow. I was wondering if it s someting I should worry about or just wait and it might go away?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your chest pain may be due to acidity, muscular pain or cardiac pain. You should go for ecg. If it is normal then no need to worry. Just take pain killers like diclofenac with Proton pump inhibitors like pentoprazol. If your ecg is abnormal then consult your cardiologist as early as possible and start treatment accordingly.
