Hi thanks for contacting HCM... First your dyspnea and chest pain can strongly by asthma as you have positive history.... There might be inflammatory swelling of bronchi and so pain ad dyspnea there.... Asthma confirmation can be done by spirometry .... You have to given bronchodilator... If dyspnea severe enough then nebulization by levosalbutamol and budesonide given.... Steam inhalation useful.... You might given short term steroid use.... Ginger with honey seems helpful in asthma.... Second your abdominal incision examination done for infection of wound . Look for any pus leakage or redness.... Avoid heavy weight lift ...
