What Causes Chest Pain , Breathlessness And Tiredness?
i am 35' and had myomectomy 3.5 weeks ago. i am worried as i still feel abdominal discomfort especially above the incision. my second and most important concern is that i have mild asthma which gets worse only in humid conditions but i feel slight chest pain and breathlessness and cannot resume my daily activities. still feel tired and breathless although i am taking my folic acid supplements. what is the reason of chest pain, breathlessness, tiredness and superficial pain above incision
First your dyspnea and chest pain can strongly by asthma as you have positive history....
There might be inflammatory swelling of bronchi and so pain ad dyspnea there....
Asthma confirmation can be done by spirometry .... You have to given bronchodilator... If dyspnea severe enough then nebulization by levosalbutamol and budesonide given.... Steam inhalation useful....
You might given short term steroid use....
Ginger with honey seems helpful in asthma....
Second your abdominal incision examination done for infection of wound . Look for any pus leakage or redness.... Avoid heavy weight lift ... If need topical antibiotic cream applied....
Take care....
