What Causes Chest Pain , Dizziness And Breathlessness?

HI I HAVE A DAUGHTER IN CA THAT IS HAVING CHEST PAIN, DIZZINESS, TROUBLE BREATHING, LIGHT HEADED, RED DOTS ON BODY. THIS DAUGHTER IS 22. NOW MY OTHER DAUGHTER IS 13 AND LIVE IN TULSA AND SHE IS HAVING CHEST PAINS, DIZZINESS, TROUBLE BREATHING, LIGHT HEADED, BUT SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE RED DOTS ON HER. PLEASE HELP. THE DOCTOR TOLD MY 22 YEAR OLD THAT SHE PULLED A CHEST MUSCLE AND SHE WILL BE FINE. THEY DID TAKE BLOOD AND DID TAKE A CAT SCAN AND THEY CAME BACK NEGATIVE.

I can understand your concern.
By history and description, possibility of allergic bronchitis is more.
Breathlessness, chest pain, reddish skin lesions etc are seen in allergic bronchitis.
CAT scan will be normal because it is not structural lung disease.
It causes functional lung impairment.
So Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) should be done in both daughters.
They may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) along with antihistamines and anti allergic drugs.
