Hello am wondering if i might had a heart attack or maybe a light ine not sure I was not feeling to good and i had some pain in my chest that hurt then i sat up and all of the sudden i felt a sense of nausea and at the sametime i got dizzy and lost feeling on both my legs and then instarted vomiting
