What Causes Chest Pain On Left Side And Suggest Treatment?

I am 23, 5'7'', 165 lbs., i have a chest pain on my left side in the middle of my pec muscle and it hurts and tightens when I move my arm. I can't put any pressure on that side but it doesn't hurt to touch the area. What could this be and how may I fix it?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having musculoskeletal pain.
Your symptoms are associated with specific arm movements. This is characteristic feature of musculoskeletal pain.
So do following things for better symptomatic relief in pain.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drug.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Do all these for 1 week and you will mostly improve.
If not after 7 days then get done chest x ray and ecg to rule out any lung and heart disease respectively.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
