What Causes Chest Pain On Taking Weight Gain Supplements?

i had been taking a weight gainer named mega mass recently nd althought it made me relly strong nd bulked me up , i had this low feeling and also used 2 feel pain sometimes in my chest , i have switched to procomplex gainer and it has reduced but nto completely .
