Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest pain in your case with arm radiation has to be evaluated further through baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo of the heart to rule out organic heart pathology. In presence of any baseline ecg changes suggestive of ischemia,a coronary angiography is advised to demonstrate accurately the presence of blood clots in the circulation.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Maintain your blood pressure under 130/80 mm of hg.Drugs like antiplatelets will help to prevent the development of acute coronary syndromes in the long run.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
