What Causes Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen?

Hello, Doctor(s). I am 24 years old and I am having these weird feelings these past few weeks and they are worrying me. Two weeks ago I started feeling chest pains and shortness of breaths and burning sensation in my abdominal area. I feel like my heart is inflated. My joints ache and my lymph nodes seem to have swollen. Yesternight I sweat all night long, but I think it is because the heat in the room was too much. Today I felt feverous. Would you happen to know what is going on? I have been thinking about 2 things that may be the cause to this, but I am not sure: 1: Few months I broke up with boyfriend whom I suspected to be an HIV carrier. We had oral sex and kissing (exchange of spit). 2: Last month, I stayed with my sister and her baby, but then they were infected by the flu and I had to get masks at the hospital for me not to get infected. But one day, when I had just got one mask from the hospital and put it on, I felt very weird, a little headache and very unusual feeling. Plus the mask looked like it had just been used and put back into the box. I know this may sound weird, but I just want to know what is going on and if there might be something I should do ASAP to get my health back. Thanks.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Chest pain, joint pains, burning in upper abdomen, swollen lymph nodes with history of flu affecting the children can be due to flu of regular origin.
Suspecting boyfriend to be HIV carrier means you have to get your STD status and HIV status to be sure that you are not suffering.
Take a symptomatic treatment with antihistamines, Paracetamol and as required.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation examination and investigations as required.
Take further treatment as advised.
If the lymph nodes do not subside get ultrasound and FNAC that is fine needle aspiration cytology to get a proper diagnosis and management.
