What Causes Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Loss Of Appetite?

I have been having chest pain and tightness shortness of breath dizziness loss of apatite sleeplessness bad taste in my mouth feeling of zaps throughout my body mainly in my chest and left arm tingling and numbness in my left forearm and fingers for almost a year. I have had several ekg s a scan of my heart with dye contrast an echo an endoscopy several x-rays and blood tests all of which have been normal. I have been told I have acid reflux which was told to take 2 nexium twice a day and was given a few different anxiety meds that I no longer take because of the side effects. I have a hard time believing anxiety can cause all these symptoms every day. The chest tightness is always in one spot and I m dizzy everyday. Do you believe this could all be anxiety?

Anxiety can have variety of symptoms and it can mimic any serious disease including heart attack!in your case it is quite likely that you have anxiety neurosis with panic attack.you may have additional acid reflux.In my clinic i often advise my patients Tab.Alprazolam 0.25 mg thrice a day for atleast 4 weeks.you may use mouth dissolving Clonezepam 0.5mg duirng acute spell of symptoms for quick relief.Nexium along with domperidone will help you to get relief in acid reflux.But have patience give some time to medicine.And remain cheerful,involve yourself in activity of your choice.Yoga and meditation will also help you.my best wishes.
