What Causes Chest Pain Upon Inhalation After An Ablation Procedure?
I had an ablation procedure 5 days ago and was confined to bed for 13 hours without being able to move. Recovery was more difficult than it should have been. Today I am experiencing a sharp pain in the upper right portion of my chest upon inhalation (sniff, cough, laugh also causes pain). I have had a persistent cough that has resolved and now this. Any insight?
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. Get a chest x ray done to rule out any complication arising out of the procedure. Also it could be just GERD which will benefit from antacids. Don't worry, you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
