What Causes Chest Pain While Having An Elevated WBC Count In Blood?
hi there i am 46 years old male, symptoms include, headaches, stiff neck, right shoulder pain, pain in tops of legs and thigh, numbness in right hand, pain under both arm pits, itchy calfs (both legs) chest pain, pain in center of back, jaw ache.... the list goes on. I went to the docs they did chest xray and said it was all clear, then they did a blood test, all was normal apart from an elevated white cell count.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have chest pain and pain at other site. Your x ray chestIis normal. So it can be due to gastritis, muscular pain or non specific cause. Your wbc count has no relation with that. Your high wbc count suggest some kind of infection.
