What Causes Chest Pain While Suffering From Cough?
My husband is 63 and had a cough was put on cough syrup and z pal on 10/27/17 he saw his dr on 11/20/17 and she said his lungs were clear. He coughs up clear mucus at least once a day and is extremely fatigue. He says his chest feels like someone is setting on it. He had pneumonia a long time ago and acted about the same thought he pulled a muscle. Do you always hear something in the lung or should I ask for a chest x ray to be sure there isn t something more serious going on. He got a pneumoccal vaccine about 25 years ago
He may be suffering from episodic asthma or allergic bronchitis in which x-ray probably normal. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, avoid smoking and cold environment. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling. Use a tablet L Montus once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
