I had a patient today complain of left chest pain radiates to left underarm, and the EKG showed possible lateral infarct. Pt is 49 years old and has history of coronary artery disease, hypertension, seizure, diabetes mellitus, stroke. BP at the time was 98/48 HR 89. Nitroglycerin 0..4 mg sublingual was given. bp 15 minutes after nitroglycerin was given was 108/54 hr 90. Pt should not get nitroglycerin because BP was low at the time , will she be okay?
