Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Probably, you are suffering from gastritis with GERD or food intolerance. Don't worry, avoid spicy food, alcohol, and avoid caffeinated drinks.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Consult your physician for prescription. If symptoms does not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
