Hi welcome to hcm I understand your query and concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of valvular heart disease like Aortic stenosis.I advise you to get an ECG,2 Dimensional echo of your heart and chest x ray to confirm the diagnosis.Symptoms can be variable like breathlessness on exertion, sweating, dizziness, chest pain.So I advise you to get your heart workup done immediately.Depending on the severity of valvular stenosis treatment options change. If severe stenosis is present then valvular replacement is the treatment of choice. If mild to moderate stenosis then careful watch is advised.Coronary angiogram to rule out co existent blocks is needed in your case.I advise you to consult your cardiologist for expert management. Post your further queries if any, Thank you.
