I had dull chest pain in center of chest for about a month. Went to er elevated troponin but ekg, echo, nuc tm, ct chest all normal even had cardiac angiogram that was normal. Slightly elevated d dimer was diagnosed with myopericarditis. Was out in indomethacin and after Motrin but the pain is still there worried about heart attack or pe

If all the reports you mentioned are normal than you dont have any significant risk of heart attack and also heart attack pains dont last this long
