What Causes Chest Pain With Pressure, Painful Joints And Dizziness?

My chest has hurt for 3 days now. It s hurts when I breathe, and cough. There is a lot of pain and pressure in the center of my chest, like my whole chest, especially when I bend, lay down, squat down. That pain when I do those 3 things spreads to my head. I ve had a headache for 4 days now. My whole body feels like I have the flu, achey and painful joints. I m a 34 yr old female, with SLS,and cardiomiopothy. I also get dizzy spells 5-6 times a day, lasting 10-30seconds, they cause extreme brightness in my eyes to where I can t see and my head feels hot. My BP is 88/ 57 and pulse is 80bpm. Any thought, help, advice I welcome. Thank you for your time.

Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
LRTI with Low Blood Pressure from CardioMyopathy.
Meticulous use of antihypertensive drugs,early checks to treat the cause of Chest pain would resolve your issues of dizziness/ headaches.
Anitibiotic treatment for lung infections causing achy painful joints, which are common with cardiomyopathic failed cardio-respiratory functions.
