What Causes Chest Pain?

Hi I m having some pain under my left breast inside. Having a little shortness of breath and also having trouble lying on my left side to sleep because of the small pain. I m not sure what this is but I m getting worried I ve had this now for a few days. Thanks Jeanette

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that this could be muscular pain and can be managed with analgesic medicine alone and the best medicine would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain released, once in day, take care and have a nice day.
