What Causes Chest Pain,numbness In Arms And Veins Popping Up?

Last week I went to the emergency room because my chest felt really tight and my left arm was in pain and they told me I was fine that theirs nothing wrong with my heart so I went back next day my left leg,arm and face got numb and they told me that I had a panic attack so I went back home and everything was fine and when I was done taking a shower I notice that I could see my veins clearly in my chest up to my shoulder and I've been having pain in my arms but I don't know if it has to do with my epilepsy
