Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I have been getting chest pains, pains in the left arm, nomness in middleand ring fingers, sometimes shortness of breath weakness and often feels sleepy. I ha an ECG done and the results were sinus rythm leftward axis otherwise normal ECG what does this mean. thank you.
The ECG findings are within normal limits. I think you should not worry much about this.
The other common causes for your symptoms could be: Anxiety and stress, Anemia Hypoglycemia. Altered blood pressure.
I would suggest you to go for complete blood count, blood sugar and blood pressure testing. This might help us to reach the cause and treat accordingly.
If the symptoms still persist, a cardiac stress would be indicated.
Anyhow, practice deep breathing exercises and meditation. These boost natural endorphins in the body. Eat healthy.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
