What Causes Chest Pain,slow Heart Rate And Numbness In Arm?

i have some numbness/tingling in my left arm and it kinda feels like tightness also. i also have chest pain in my left part of my chest which is dull but can give me sharp jolts every now and then and somtimes a burning sensation. my heart beat goes from racing to slow . whats wrong.

Such symptoms need to rule out for angina symptoms. Although the chances of it are very minimal. Still, it can not be neglected.

It can be a muscular spasm, it can be nonspecific, it can be due to stress. All of these needs differentiation; you have provided very little information.
