Hello ma'am and welcome.

During pregnancy, there is a fluctuation of hormones. These very hormones are responsible for most of the symptoms of pregnancy, and one of them is gastric disturbances (eg. Abdominal bloating, abdominal distension, acid reflux, heart burn, etc.).

I am guessing your discomfort is due to the same reason and would request you to report to your caring doctor, but if the discomfort is more it would be advisable to take ranitidine (an over-the-counter medication safe during pregnancy).

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
