I am a 53 year old female in good health. Do not smoke and maybe slightly overweight. I have been feeling yesterday and today, like my chest is tight and it is harder to breath deep to catch my breath. Slight headache and earache but do not have a cold. I didn t want to go to emergency room if not necessary. I haven t had heart problems except I do take half a Toprol a day, but haven t felt like this...concerned what it may be and if I could wait until morning to see local physician.
