What Causes Chest Tightness, Shortness Of Breath And Tiredness?

My Mom has been having chest tightness, shortness of breath, more tired than usual, and weakness in her legs. At times her legs stop working and she nearly falls. In the last 12 months she has fallen several times. No injury other than bruising. Today at lunch she suddenly became very warm, almost like a hot flash. She is 86 years old with a history of heart problems. She had a triple by-pass in 1989 and has had stints placed in 2010 and 2015. She takes an enteric coated aspirin (325mg), multi-vitamin, and Mega Red Krill Oil daily.
