What Causes Child Not Put Weight On Right Leg Foot?
My 2-3yr nephew twisted to his right and fell to the floor. He will not put wt on his R LE foot. He will crawl on his knees but when he stands he will not step onto the RLE FOOT. Leg length is equal and knee height is even. When long sitting or supine, his R foot is slighted pointed in. He has no tenderness at the ankle but very little.

All the orthopedic injuries need to be investigated for fracture part, orthopedic injuries always causes soft tissue injury and this some time mask the fracture symptoms, here x-ray is must till then symptoms cab be managed with Tab Acetaminophen and Tab Ibuprofen, hope this helps.
